Delivery:
Free UK Delivery for orders over £15
Standard UK Delivery costs £2.99 for orders under £15.
Items are sent via Royal Mail 48 and can take between 2-5 working days.
Please Note – Due to the ongoing Royal Mail strikes, shipping times may be delayed and orders can take longer than expected.
As you may already be aware, the Royal Mail is planning to strike on the following dates:

The strikes will affect our deliveries so be prepared for delays. We can’t guarantee that orders using the Royal Mail will arrive on time during the strikes.
We apologise for the delays this may cause our customers and will do all we can to assist you, we suggest placing orders as early as possible to minimise disruption.
Please note we cannot refund shipping costs due to delays caused by the Royal Mail strikes.

Returns:
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your item* you can return them within 365 days in original packaging and unworn condition.
*Due to the nature of Personal Care and Health-related products and face masks, no exchange or refunds are available. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that we are unable to reimburse the cost of return postage.
Please print a copy of the shipment confirmation email sent with this order and place inside parcel.
