Great product, but poor communication from sock ons

Great little shoes for just walking toddlers, good for outdoor walking and exploring. Sometimes they fall off, so you have to watch out for that. I bought size 12-18 months which was fine for my 15 month old, who isn't particularly big for his age. Easy to get on the feet. Review would've been 4* if it wasn't for the shoddy communication from sock ons. Order didn't turned up between 2-5 days which is what is stated when you place your order. Sent a couple of emails asking where my package was after 5 days and heard zip all from them. No tracking number, nothing. Suddenly get an auto email saying your package has been dispatched about a week after order placed. My guess is that they're all on holiday at the moment.
